Tomato Jam

Ataya ~ " Hello there. Here is what I deal with all left tomatoes. Tomato Jam, It's taste good with bread. Hope you enjoy the show... "

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below


  •    Tomato  (トマト) about 1 Kg      ~500 Yen
  •    Lemon water(レモン果汁) 2-3 table spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •    Sugar (砂糖) about 1 cup   ~ 50 Yen
  •  Salt (塩) 1/3 tea spoon ~ 10 Yen
  •    Cinnamon(シナモン) 3-4 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen  
  •    Butter(バター) 2 table spoons ~ 20 Yen
Total cost = 600 Yen


2.First of all, boiling tomatoes in hot water for a minute.


3.Put boiled tomatoes into cold water. This will make them more easier to peel off their peel. Take sometimes.


4.Smash, Squeeze them as much as possible.

5.Heat up fry pan and melting butter (Butter makes jam more creamy and shiny)

6.Add all tomatoes into a pan. Keep boiling it.

7.The it heat up , add little bit of salt and all of sugar.

8.Add lemon water to make it more fresh and tasty.

9.Add cinnamon for good smell and healthy

10.Using normal heat and keep boiling it. Stir it sometime.


11.After about 20 minutes. When tomatoes turn to be more creamy then it is a sign that your tomato jam was done. Enjoy !!

Tomato Jelly

Ataya ~ "Hi All, My friend gave a lot of tomatoes (and other vegetables) I should happy for this but what should I do for a ton of tomatoes ? After thinking over a night, I decided to make sweet from tomatoes. Hope you enjoy the show..."

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Tomato  (トマト) 2 tomatoes      ~150 Yen
  •    Lemon water(レモン果汁) 2-3 table spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •    Sugar (砂糖) 7-8 table spoons   ~ 20 Yen
  •    Gelatine (ゼラチン)  2  packs    ~20 Yen
  •  Salt (塩) 1/3 tea spoon ~2 Yen
    Total cost = ~ 202 Yen

2. Boiling water until bubbles come. Then boiling tomatoes for a minute.


3.Put boiled tomatoes into cold water. This will make them more easier to peel off their peel.

4. After peel off, cut them into little pieces...


5. Squeeze, Smash or do anything to make it more juicy ...


6. Boiling tomatoes with fry pan (well, That all I have actually )


7. Add little bit of salt and all of sugar.

8. Add lemon water to make it more fresh and smoothie.

9. Turn off the heat and add gelatine...


10. Keep mix it well...


11. Pour it in a cup or something else. Put a cup into refrigerator for about 45 minutes.

[French food] Eggplant Gratin

Ataya ~ "Last week, my friend gave me  a lot of eggplants and tomatoes. I have to finish them as fast as I can. Summer is the season when vegetable get rot easily.So,today I will make Eggplant Gratin..Hope you enjoy the show "

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Eggplant (茄子) 1 eggplant ~100 Yen
  •    Tomato (トマト) 1/2 tomato ~ 50 Yen
  •    Onion(玉ねぎ)10 gram  ~5 Yen
  •    Garlic (大蒜) 1 glove ~10 Yen
  •    Corn soup (とうもろこしスープ) 1/3 cup   ~ 30 Yen
  •    Ham (ハム) 3,4 pairs  ~30 Yen 
  •    Cheese(チーズ) 200 gram ~ 50 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[Parsley(パセリ),Pepper(胡椒),Salt(塩),] ~ 40 Yen 
    Total cost = ~ 285 Yen



2. First, slice eggplant and grill it with fry pan.


3. Scrub garlic all around a bowl. (Just inside of it.OK)


4.Put grilled eggplants in a bowl. Add onion.


5.Spread cheese all around ...

6.Grill hams, spread some pepper.

7.Put grilled hams on top...

8.Add garlic and cheese for making a layer.

9. Then put fresh slice tomatoes on top.

10.Warm up corn soup, add salt and little bit of pepper.

11.Pour it into a bowl.

12.Spread parsley all around ...

13. Put a bowl in microwave and wave it for 2-3 minutes (Using oven instead if you have )


14. Finally, Eggplant Gratin was ready to be serve ... Delizioso !!

Italian style steak

Ataya ~ "Hi all, This time I tried to cook an Italian style steak. Nice and easy. Hope you enjoy it .."

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Beef (牛肉) 1 cut ~500 Yen
  •    Olive oil (オリーブ油) 3,4  table spoon ~ 20 Yen
  •    Onion(玉ねぎ)100 gram  ~10 Yen
  •    Garlic (大蒜) 1,2 gloves ~20 Yen
  •     Bread(パン) 2,3 slice   ~ 20 Yen
  •    Milk(ミルク) 1cup ~20 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[Parsley(パセリ),Rosemary(ローズマリー),Pepper(胡椒),Black Pepper(ブラックペッパー), lemon water(レモン),Salt(塩),] ~ 50 Yen 
    Total cost = ~ 640 Yen

2. I'm using Australian beef. It's a lot cheaper than Japanese beef (和牛). Please forgive me but I'm a cheap bastard (-_-)

3. Washing it with water then make it dry...


4.Put it in a bowl and adding milk to make it more soft and juicy (You can use the another fat liquid for this job. Such as, Olive oil or whip cream) Then keep it in a refrigerator at least 2 hours...

5. After 2 hours, mince garlic into little pieces. Put them in a bowl.

6.Washing milk out of a beef. Keep it dry again and add all herbs; rosemary,parsley,pepper,black pepper,salt and 2-3 table spoons of olive oil. Squeezing them together by your hand and keep it in refrigerator again at least 30 minutes.


 7.Between waiting for that. Just back to making garlic toast by scrub garlic with bread and baking them in normal heating fry pan.


8. Time to grill a steak, Using Max heat for the first time. Grill it well.


9.Flip it over and turn the heat to normal...

10. Add a little bit of lemon water(using wine if you prefer. I'm just do not drink person)

11. Keep cooking it until done. Then put it on a plate.

12.Then make gravy by adding more spice,salt,water and onion. Keep warming it for a minute.


13. Pouring gravy on top of a steak. Spread parsley and .. Cheers !!
