Gyoza Bread
Ataya ~ "Hi there !! It's time for creativity !! I want to eat gyoza but I have no gyoza wrapper. So I used bread instead. Let's see ..."
1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Bread (パン) 1 pack ~ 30 Baht
- Ham Sausage (ハムソーセージ ) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht
- Boiled Egg (ゆで卵) 2 egg ~ 5 Baht
- Spring Onion (葱) 10 gram ~ 5 Baht
- Red Onion (赤タマネギ) 1 onion ~ 1 Baht
- Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 1 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩), Pepper(胡椒),Mayonaise(マヨネーズ), Maggi sauce(マギーソース )] ~ 2 Baht
Total cost = 84 Baht
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Seasoning them well.
4. Make bread flat as possible to make it as gyoza wrapper.
5. Make the Gyoza !!
6. Place gyoza bread on fry pan. Using low heat to fry them.
7. Stream them for about minute.
8. Here you are the Gyoza Bread !! Oishiiii !!
