Sausage Beer Stew

Ataya ~"Happy New Year 2021 !! Wishing you have a good year. Today I will show you the sausage beer stew.Let's see.."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

• Sausage  (ソーセージ) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht
• Bacon (ベーコン) about 20 gram ~ 10 Baht
• Beer (ビール) 1 can ~ 30 Baht
  
• Onion (タマネギ) 1 onions ~ 10 Baht
• Potato (じゃがいも) 1 potato ~ 5 Baht
• Carrot (にんじん) 1/3 carrot ~ 10 Baht
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩), Pepper(胡椒),Catchup(ケチャップ),Italian Seasoning Herb(イタリアの調味料ハーブ), Olive Oil(オリーブオイル)] ~  5 Baht

Total cost = 110 Baht

 

2. First, frying bacon with olive oil.

2.Add sausage and stir them well.

3. Put all veggies in the pot and keep stir fry them.

4. Then  pour beer into the pot and add all seasoning.

 

5. Keep boiling them until potato turned soft. Add more water if you need to.
