NikuJaga : Pork and Potato Stir Fried

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make one of my favourite Japanese dish, 肉じゃが (NikuJaga) or Pork and Potato stir fried. Let's see..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

• Streaky Pork (豚バラ ) 200 gram ~ 50 Baht
• Potato (じゃがいも) 1-2 potatoes ~ 20 Baht 
• Onion (玉ねぎ) 1 onion ~ 10 Baht
  
• Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩), Sugar(砂糖),Pepper(胡椒),Italian Seasoning Herb(イタリアの調味料ハーブ), Soy sauce (醤油) ,Sweet Sake(みりん),Olive Oil(オリーブオイル)] ~  10 Baht

Total cost = 93 Baht

 

2. Cut all veggies in pieces.

 

3. Fried garlic in hot oil, add little bit of salt.

4. Put streaky pork into the pan. Keep stir fry them.

 

5. Add potatoes in.

  

6. Then add the onion.

 

7. Add all seasoning. Mix them well.

 

8. Put the lid on. Wait for about 5-8 minutes.
