Homemade Cottage #cheese

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make very easy cottage cheese. It's so healthy and simple. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Milk (ミルク) about 1 cup ~ 10 Baht 
  • Lime Juice  (レモン) 3-5 table spoon ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt())] ~ 1 Baht 
Total cost = 21 Baht


2. Begin with warming up milk with low heat. 

3. While waiting for hot milk just get some lime juice.


4. When seeing some bubbles floating then turn off the heat. Wait until milk got warm temperature then add lime juice into it and stir well.

5. Then you will get curds just like this.


6. Separate curds and water by using cheesecloth.

7. Now you got cheese curd and whey water ( just add some sugar into whey water and you will get lime flavoured whey drinking water !!)

8. The cheese itself has no flavour. So, we add a little bit of salt for better taste.


9. That is. Enjoy your healthy cottage cheese !!

Homemade Egg #tofu

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make very easy egg tofu. It's so healthy and simple. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
  • Egg (玉子) about 2 eggs ~ 6 Baht 
  • Soy milk  (豆乳) 1 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt())] ~ 1 Baht 
Total cost = 12 Baht


2. Pour soy milk into bowl and add little pinch of salt.

3. Add eggs and stir them well. 

4. Pour the liquid into container and steam it with low heat for about 10-20 minutes. 


5. If it turned to solid state then it was done. 

6. Keep it in refrigerator. It's good for all the soup. Such as Miso Soup !!

Homemade Frypan #PIZZA

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make very easy frypan pizza. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.


  • Bread dough (パン生地) about 200 gram ~ 10 Baht 
  • Chicken cheese sausage (チキンチーズソーセージ) 1 sausage ~ 20 Baht
  • Basil leaves (バジルの葉) 2-3 leaves ~ 5 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[olive oil(オリーブオイル),tomato sauce(トマトソース),White pepper(コショウ)] ~ 10 Baht 
Total cost = 45 Baht



2. Rub olive oil over the plate then put bread dough and make the pizza base. 

3. Paint tomato sauce over the bread dough and place sliced cheese sausage all over the pizza.


4. Spread basil leaves and white pepper as topping.

5. Put the pizza on frypan. 

6. Find something to make frypan lid and use minimum heat to bake the pizza for about 3-5 minutes. 

7. That is !! Bouno Pizza !!

Homemade Fresh Coffee

Ataya ~"Hi there !!  Today I will show you how to make your own fresh coffee from  scratch. Let's see "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Coffee Cherries  (コーヒーチェリー) 200 gram ~ 0 Baht 
Total cost = 0 Baht



2. Get some coffee sherries. Just get the perfect red only.



3. Separate coffee bean from husk.




4. Wash coffee beans  and dry coffee beans with summer hot sunlight for about 2-3 days.


5. When coffee beans dried perfectly then roast them with iron pan until it turns honey brown.



6. Then smash them into little pieces.






7. Brew it with fresh coffee making device you can find. Enjoy your own coffee drink !!

Homemade Radish Kimchi

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make easy radish kimchi. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.


  • Radish (大根) 1 radish ~ 20 Baht 
  • Onion(玉ねぎ) 1 onion ~ 5 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 4-5 cloves ~ 3 Baht 
  • Ginger powder (ジンジャー・パウダー) 1 pack ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),red powder chilli (唐辛子), fish sauce(ナンプラー),sugar(砂糖)] ~ 10 Baht 
Total cost = 48 Baht



2. Cut radish into little stick size.  Spread salt and squeeze them well. Just leave them for 10-20 minutes then wash them with water and let it dry.


 3. Cut onion and garlic into little pieces.

4. Put onion and garlic into blender. Add little bit of sugar,salt,ginger powder and blend it well. 

5. Pour paste into a bowl. Add chilli powder,fish sauce and mixing it.

6. Mix paste with radish and squeeze them together. 

7. Keep it in container and place it 2-3 days in room temperature.

8. If it turns little sour taste then it was done. Put it on refrigerator and enjoy your kimchi !!

Japanese Pickled Cucumber

Ataya ~"Hi there. Today I will introduce you how to make Japanese pickled cucumber with only salt and yoghurt. Let's see ...    "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Cucumber (胡瓜) 2-3 cucumbers ~ 5 Baht 
  • Salt () 1 tablespoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Yoghurt (ヨーグルト) 1/2 cup ~ 10 Baht

Total cost = 16 Baht

2. Mix salt with yoghurt well.

3. Wash cucumber and let them dry then roll cucumber over the salt.

4. Put it in the salty yoghurt.

5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Bring it out and wash it well with water. Finally your Japanese style pickled cucumber is ready to serve.

Oyakodon

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make Oyakodon (Japanese chicken and egg rice bowl). Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.


  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1/2 pack ~ 30 Baht 
  • Egg (玉子) 2 eggs ~ 5 Baht
  • Onion(玉ねぎ) 1/2 onion ~ 3 Baht
  • Rice(ご飯) 1 cup ~ 10 Baht 
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒), soy sauce(醤油),sweet sake(味醂)] ~ 10 Baht 


Total cost = 58 Baht


2. Fry onion until smell good.

3.Add water.

4. When water boiled add chicken and all seasonings.


 5. Spread mix egg over the soup. Do not stir and keep boiling it for a while.

6. Put it on top of rice on the bowl.  Enjoy your Oyakodon !!
