1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Milk (ミルク) about 1 cup ~ 10 Baht
- Lime Juice (レモン) 3-5 table spoon ~ 10 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩))] ~ 1 Baht
2. Begin with warming up milk with low heat.
3. While waiting for hot milk just get some lime juice.
4. When seeing some bubbles floating then turn off the heat. Wait until milk got warm temperature then add lime juice into it and stir well.
5. Then you will get curds just like this.
6. Separate curds and water by using cheesecloth.
7. Now you got cheese curd and whey water ( just add some sugar into whey water and you will get lime flavoured whey drinking water !!)
8. The cheese itself has no flavour. So, we add a little bit of salt for better taste.
