[Thai Food] Banana Honey Vinegar

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make the banana honey vinegar or กล้วยดองน้ำผึ้ง It has been considered as pick me up tonic in Thai traditional medicine. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

• Banana (バナナ) 1-2 bananas ~ 5 Baht 
• Honey (蜂蜜) 200 gram ~ 40 Baht
  

Total cost = 45 Baht

2. Use hot water to sterilized the glass bottle first. Then cut the ripe banana into the bottle.

 

3. Pour the honey into the bottle.

4. Put the bottle in the dry place and stay away from strong sun light. Shake and open the bottle every 2-3 days for the first 3 weeks.

 5. After 3 week the liquid will became alcohol. If you keep it for more than 2 month, the alcohol may evaporated and the final result is clear banana honey vinegar !! 

6. Drink just 1 table spoon before sleep to boost up your health !!
