1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Ham (ハム) 1 slice ~10 Baht
- Egg (卵 ) 1 eggs ~ 3 Baht
- Bread (パン) 2 slices ~ 5 Baht
- Cheese Slice (スライスチーズ) 2 slices ~ 40 Baht
- Homemade White Sacue (自家製ホワイトソース) about 2 tea spoons ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 63 Baht
2. First, spread white sauce on one side of two bread slices.
3. Place ham on top of the bread.
4. Next put slice cheese on top of the ham and sandwiching them with a bread.
5. Use table spoon to make hole on the top of bread.
6. Place them on air fryer tray and put an egg on top
7. Using air fryer setting at 220 Celsius about 10 - 15 minutes. Finally the easy Croque Madame was done !! Enjoy !!
