Chili Bacon Stir-Fried

 Ataya ~ "Hi there. I cooked this menu a long time ago, when my friend just gave me a lot of chilies ...  I have to do something. Anyway, Hope you enjoy the show."


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
  •  Chili  (唐辛子)  ~200 g     200 Yen(Free for this time)
  •  Bacon(ベーコン) ~100 g   100 Yen
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves 20 Yen 
  • Onion(玉葱) about 20 gram 10 Yen
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),Oyster sauce(オイスターソース), fish sauce(ナムプラー)] ~ 20 Yen
Total cost = 350 Yen


2. Cut everything in pieces ... 


3.Warming up fry pan. Add olive oil , spread little bit of salt and fry garlics.


4. When it smells nice then add bacon ...


5. Then add onion ...


6.Add all chilies and seasoning. Stir it until chillies get softer then it was done.




7.Taste great with a cup of rice ... Yummy !!

[Thai food] Lemongrass Fried Chicken Wing

Ataya~"Hi there. Today, I will show you how to make Thai style lemongrass fried chicken wing(Because my friend gave all herbs to me freely. So, all herb cost gone zero). Hope you enjoy the menu ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •  Chicken wing (鶏手羽肉)  ~500 g     300 Yen
  •  Lemongrass(レモングラス) ~200 g   0 Yen
  • Kaffir lime leaves (こぶみかんの葉っぱ) ~100g 0 Yen
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩), Black Pepper(黒コショウ),soysauce(醤油), fish sauce(ナムプラー)] ~ 20 Yen
Total cost = 320 Yen



2. Put lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves into the bowl.

3.Add chicken and all Seasoning. Mixing it well and keep it in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.


4. Warm up your fry pan. add oil and butter. Heat it up ...

5. Fry everything ... until lemongrass turn to be crispy and chicken wings were done.



6. Lemongrass is easy to burn. So, Just put it up first and keep fry the chicken.




7. Place chicken wings on the plate and topping with crispy lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves. That is !! Aroi !!

[Thai food] Thai Style Sukiyaki

Ataya~"Hi there. Today I will show you how to make Thai style sukiyaki. It's very easy. In Thailand, When we say sukiyaki it is something very difference from Japanese sukiyaki that is cooked meat eating with raw egg.  See what's the difference ..."


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Chinese cabbage (白菜)  ~200 g     100 Yen
  •    Golden Needle Mushroom (or other mushroom) (えのき茸) ~100 g  100 Yen
  •   bean sprouts(もやし) ~ 1/4 pack 20 Yen
  •    Cellophane noodle (春雨)  1 pack ~ 20 Yen
  •    Tofu (豆腐)  1/2 pack ~ 40 Yen  
  •    Slide Pork(豚バラ) 100 gram ~ 200 Yen
  •   Fish sausage (魚ソーセージ)  1 sausage ~ 100 Yen
  •   Chicken Egg(玉子) 1 egg ~ 20 Yen
  •   Thai Suki sauce 1 cup ~ 10 Yen
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩), chicken soup(がらスープ), fish sauce(ナムプラー)] ~ 10 Yen
Total cost = 620 Yen



2.Boil water until bubbles came up. Then add Chicken Soup, Chinese cabbage, Golden Needle Mushroom,Cellophane noodle into fry pan.

3. When all veggies became soft. Add meat, fish sausage, tofu and bean sprouts. Drop little bit of fish sauce into it for seasoning.

4. When everything done. Cover with whip egg ...





5. Put them into a bowl. Serve with Thai Sukiyaki sauce .... Aroi !!

Homemade meatball

Ataya ~"Hi there. It was an experiment. I tried to make meatball for a noodle menu. The result wasn't that bad. Let's see how to make it... "


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
  •    Minced Pork (ミンチ豚肉)  ~1/2 kg     188 Yen
  •    Tapioca flour (片栗粉 ) ~1/4 kg  40 Yen
  •    Salt (塩)  3-4 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •    Pepper (コショウ)  2-3 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen  
  •    Soy sauce(醤油) 1-2 tea spoons ~ 5 Yen
Total cost = 285 Yen


2. Put minced pork into the bowl. Add Tapioca flour and all seasonings ..

3.Mixing it well. Pressing and squeezing it until everything become smoothy ...


4. Boiling the water. wait until it boiled then put all the meatballs into the pan. (After made it into ball shape of cause)


5.Keep boiling until all the meatballs are floating up to surface then wait for one or two minutes to make sure it was done.






6. Then put all the hot meatballs into the cold water.




7. That is. Now you have homemade meatballs for fry, grill or using with other menus. Enjoy !!
