White Sauce Pasta

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! After making white sauce, I using it to cook White Sauce Pasta. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Pasta  (パスタ ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Minced Pork (豚のひき肉) about 100 gram ~ 50 Baht
  • Red Onion (赤タマネギ) 2-3 onions  ~ 5 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Homemade White Sauce (ホワイトソース) 3-4 table spoons ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩), Pepper(胡椒),Italian Seasoning Herb(イタリアの調味料ハーブ), Maggi Sauce(マギーソース ) ,Cooking Oil(クッキングオイル)] ~  4 Baht

Total cost = 92 Baht

 

 

2. First boiling the pasta.

 

3. Meanwhile fry garlics and red onions.

 

4. Stir fry minced pork.

 

5. Then add the pasta.

6. Bring white sauce and all ingredients in.

 

7. Finally, It was done !! Enjoy !!

Homemade Carbonara

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to cook Creamy Carbonara.Hope you enjoy the show "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Pasta  (パスタ ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Bacon (ベーコン) about 20 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Egg (玉子) 2 Eggs  ~ 10 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Homemade Cottage Cheese (自家製カッテージチーズ ) 10 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩), Pepper(胡椒),Italian Seasoning Herb(イタリアの調味料ハーブ), Maggi Sauce(マギーソース ) ,Olive Oil(オリーブオイル)] ~  4 Baht

Total cost = 57 Baht

2. Boiling the pasta until it was soft as you wish.

3. Frying garlic and bacon in olive oil. Spread some salt and Italian seasoning herb.

4. Put soft pasta into egg. Let them absorb egg for a while.


5. Then using low heat and stir fry the pasta.

6. Add Pepper, Maggie Sauce and Homemade Cottage Cheese. Mix them well.

7. When the pasta turned creamy then it was done. Bouno !!

Eggplant #PASTA



 Ataya ~"Hi there! Today I will show you how to make Eggplant Pasta. Hope you enjoy the dish "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Eggplant (ナス) 1 eggplant  ~ 10 Baht
  • Pasta (パスタ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Onion(タマネギ) 10 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Garlic(ニンニク)  2 cloves ~ 2 Baht
  • Asparagus(アスパラガス) 2-3 asparagus ~ 10 Baht
  • Ham(ハム) 2-3 pieces ~ 5 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[cheese powder(チーズパウダー),salt(),pepper(胡椒),Lemon juice(レモン汁),fish sauce(ナンプラー),Olive oil(オリーブオイル) ] ~ 15 baht 
Total cost = 67 Baht


2.Boiling Pasta

3.Chop everything !!

4. Fry garlic and onion in olive oil then add ham and little bit of salt.

5. Next add asparagus.

6. Add eggplant and all seasonings. keep stir well.

7. Stop the heat and add boiled pasta. Mix it well.


8. That is. Enjoy your Eggplant Pasta !!

[Italian food] Tuna Pasta

Ataya ~ "Hi there. Just watching a TV program, it talked about how to cook a simple tuna pasta . I learned and then try... Not bad anyway"

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    (Mini)Tomato  ( ミニトマト)  3-4 tomatoes      ~100 Yen
  •    Canned Tuna (缶 ツナ)  1  can ~ 100 Yen
  •    Sweet Basil (スウィートバジル) about 200 gram   ~ 100 Yen
  •    Pasta(パスタ) about 300 gram ~ 50 Yen
  •    Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1/2 cup  ~ 10 Yen
  •    Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),Parsley(パセリ),Pepper(胡椒),lemon water(レモン)] ~ 30 Yen
Total cost = 390 Yen

2. Boiling pasta as usual ..



3. Bring in canned tuna...

4. Add well chopped sweet basil.

5. Then add sliced tomatoes.

6. Pour olive oil.

7. Add lemon water, salt and pepper.

8. Mix with boiled pasta...


9. Bring all on the plate, Spread parsley and enjoy !!!

[Italian food] Seafood Pasta

 1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
  •     Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1/4 cup ~ 10 Yen
  •     Pasta(パスタ) 1/3 of package ~ 30 Yen
  •     Onion (玉ねぎ) 1/10 onion         ~10 Yen
  •     Garlic (大蒜)   1 clove              ~ 10 Yen
  •     Seafood Mixed(シーフードミックス) 1 pack      ~ 150 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(コショウ),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),Parley(パスレー),salt(塩),Fish Sauce(ナムプラ)] ~ 40 Yen 

    Total cost = ~ 250 Yen



2.Boiling water.When it became hot,Add little bit of salt and olive oil to prevent pasta stick with a pan's bottom.


3.Boiling pasta until it became soft as you see.(about 20 minutes plus)


4.Bring just pasta into cold water.This will keep pasta not too soft when eating. Keep little bit of water that used to boil pasta.


4.After that,Back to cook pasta.Add olive oil,salt and warm it until hot.Put well cut onion and seafood mix into a pan. Cook it well.


5.Add all seasoning.Adjust the taste as your favourite.


6.Turn of the heat.Add pasta and boiled pasta water.


7.Put all in nice plate and that all.

Italian-Style pasta

 1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below(for 2 set)
  •     Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1/4 cup ~ 10 Yen
  •     Pasta(パスタ) 1/3 of package ~ 30 Yen
  •     Shitake Mushroom(椎茸) 2 mushrooms ~ 20 Yen
  •     Onion (玉ねぎ) 1/10 onion         ~10 Yen
  •     Garlic (大蒜)   1 clove              ~ 10 Yen
  •     Mini Tomato(ミニトマト) 3 tomatoes        ~ 30 Yen
  •     Rad clam(赤貝缶詰) 1 can      ~ 92 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(コショウ),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),Rosemary(ローズマリー),Parley(パスレー),salt(塩),Fish Sauce(ナムプラ),chili(とうがらし)] ~ 50 Yen
  •     plain bread(食パン) 1 slice  ~ 10 Yen
  
    Total cost = ~ 262 Yen(131 Yen/set)



2.Boiling water.When it became hot,Add little bit of salt and olive oil to prevent pasta stick with a pan's bottom.

5.Next,Making garlic bread by scrub piece of galic with 2 sides of the bread.

6.roasting it with a pan or toaster.

7.After that,Back to cook pasta.Add olive oil,salt into a pan and warm it until hot.Put minced garlic into...


8.Add onion.


9.Add well cut shitake mushrooms.

10.Add rosemary and chili.

11.Add red clam and cook it well.

12.Put Pasta into a pan.Add parsley,salt,pepper,black pepper,fish Sauce(It seems Italy also has somekind of Nampla?)

13.Finally, Add sliced tomatoes and pasta's water.Mix it well.

14.Arrange it in fine plat.Serve with garlic bread.
