Homemade Fresh Coffee
Ataya ~"Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make your own fresh coffee from scratch. Let's see "
1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
2. Get some coffee sherries. Just get the perfect red only.
3. Separate coffee bean from husk.
5. When coffee beans dried perfectly then roast them with iron pan until it turns honey brown.
6. Then smash them into little pieces.
7. Brew it with fresh coffee making device you can find. Enjoy your own coffee drink !!

- Coffee Cherries (コーヒーチェリー) 200 gram ~ 0 Baht
2. Get some coffee sherries. Just get the perfect red only.
4. Wash coffee beans and dry coffee beans with summer hot sunlight for about 2-3 days.
5. When coffee beans dried perfectly then roast them with iron pan until it turns honey brown.
6. Then smash them into little pieces.
7. Brew it with fresh coffee making device you can find. Enjoy your own coffee drink !!

Homemade Tamarind Seed #Coffee
Ataya~"Hi there, sweet tamarind is now on sell at the market. I remembered that we can make (fake) coffee from it's seed. Tamarind's seed once was used to add with real coffee beans to cut down the cost. Anyway, it turns out that it has many health benefits (may be more than the real coffee bean). They said it's good for your liver and kidneys. Let's do it ...
"
1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
2. First, separate tamarind seed from it's pulp.
3. Roast the seeds with fry pan, the seed coat will getting crispy and easy to break.
4. Just remove the black seed coat and keep the white core.
5. Warming up fry pan and roast the coat removed seeds with low heat.
6. Keep rolling until all the seeds just turn dark brown.
7. Hulk Smash !!
8. Keep crushing them until all seeds break into powder (You can use blender at this point)
9. Let's brew a cup of fresh coffee.
10. Add sugar or cream as you want. Enjoy !!

[Thai dessert] Coffee & Coconut milk Jelly
Ataya ~"Hi there. Today I will show you how to make Coffee & Coconut milk Jelly (Thai style) It is very easy and yummy. Please enjoy the show. "
1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Instant Coffee (インスタントコーヒー) 2-3 tea spoons ~10 Yen
- Coconut Milk (ココナッツミルク) 1 cup ~ 30 Yen
- Sugar (砂糖) 9-10 tea spoons ~ 20 Yen
- Salt (塩) 2-3 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen
- Gelatine(ゼラチン) 2 pack ~ 20 Yen
- Water(水)1cup ~0 Yen
2.Boil a cup of water until the bubbles come up.
3.Add Coffee, Sugar and Gelatine in order. Mixing it well.
4. Pour the liquid in the container. Keep it in refrigerator until it became solid state.
5. Heat up fry pan . Add coconut milk.Turn the heat to medium and keep stir for a while. Then add sugar,salt and gelatin. Mixing it well.
*** Not too hot or the coconut milk's oil will appear and that is not good for Thai dessert.
6. Pour the white liquid over the coffee jelly. Keep it cool.When It all turn to Jelly then it was ready to be serve ...
