1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Salted Egg (塩卵 ) 1 cup ~ 30 Baht
- Red Chilli Paste (赤唐辛子ペースト) 1-2 teaspoons ~ 2 Baht
- Mayonnaise (マヨネーズ) 2-3 tablespoons ~ 3 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Pepper(胡椒),Sugar(砂糖) ,Cooking Oil(クッキングオイル)] ~ 4 Baht
Total cost = 39 Baht
2. First fry salted egg yolk with cooking oil using low heat.
3. Then add red chilli paste in and stir fry them together.
4. Next add water in. Mixing them well.
5. Seasoning the sauce with mayonnaise,sugar and pepper.
6. Keep stir them until everything was incorporated. Then it was done !! Enjoy !!
