4 Seasons Stir Fried Pork

Ataya ~ "Hi there !!  There are 4 Seasoning for Thai food; Sour, Sweet,Salty,Spicy. During the stay home period I ordered delivery foods many times and the seasoning bags were left over. So I decided to make new menu by using them. Let's see...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Pork belly  (豚バラ肉 ) 200 gram ~ 30 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 3-4 cloves ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Vinegar (お酢), Sugar(砂糖),Fish Sauce(ナムプラー), Dried Chilli Powder (チリパウダー ) ] ~  4 Baht

Total cost = 35 Baht

 

2. the Thai food's 4 S : Sour = Vinegar, Sweet = Sugar, Salty = Fish Sauce, Spicy = Chilli

3. First, Marinate the belly pork with garlic, chilli powder and fish sauce. Keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

 


4. Second, Make Gastrique sauce by heating up sugar to become caramel.

 
5. When sugar became caramel then pour the vinegar into the frypan and stir them well.
 


6. Keep the sauce in the container.Finally Stir fry the belly pork well

 

7. The you have the 4 Seasons Stir Fried Pork !! Aroi !!
