- Cucumber (胡瓜) 2-3 cucumbers ~ 5 Baht
- Salt (塩) 1 tablespoon ~ 1 Baht
- Yoghurt (ヨーグルト) 1/2 cup ~ 10 Baht

2. Mix salt with yoghurt well.
3. Wash cucumber and let them dry then roll cucumber over the salt.
4. Put it in the salty yoghurt.
5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Bring it out and wash it well with water. Finally your Japanese style pickled cucumber is ready to serve.
