- Wheat Flour (小麦粉) 1/2 cup ~5 Baht
- Egg(タマゴ) 2 eggs ~ 10 Baht
- Honey(蜂蜜) 1-2 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht
- Mirin (味醂) 1-2 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht
- Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 33 Baht
2. First separating egg yolk and egg white.
3. At egg yolk bowl. Add flour, salt, water and honey. Stir them well.
4. At egg white bowl. Add sugar and mirin. Whisking them together.
