Mung Bean Milk

Ataya ~"Hi There !! Welcome back to (new) normal. Today I will show you how to make Mung Bean Milk. It has rich of nutrients that good for your health. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Mung Bean (緑豆) 1 cup ~ 10 Baht 
  • Honey (蜂蜜) about 3-5 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Salt() about 1 tea spoon ~ 1 Baht
Total cost = 14 Baht



2. Soak mung  beans in water for about one night.

3. Pour the water out. Put beans in  new drinking water and boiling them.

4. Keep boiling and scoop the bubbles out. 


5. When we get the white milk then separate the milk and the beans. Keep the boiled mung beans to make other sweet.

6. Boiling the milk again. Add honey and salt.

7. Now you got tasty Mung Bean Milk !! Enjoy !!

Microwave Apple Chip

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make an easy healthy snack, Apple Chip !! making by microwave. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Sweet Apple (林檎) 1 apple ~ 20 Baht 
  • Cinnamon Powder (シナモンパウダー) about 1 tea spoon ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 25 Baht



2. Cut an Apple into little pieces.

3. Slide cut them to be like a paper and place in microwavable dish. Spread cinnamon powder above them.



 4. Wave them for about 1.30 - 2.00 minutes at 800 Watts.  

5. Put them out and flip them then wave it again for about 1 minute.

6. When it dried and turned little brown then it was done !! Enjoy your healthy snack !!

Coconut Milk Crispy Fried Chicken

Ataya ~"Hi everyone, Today I would like to introducing you a yummy Coconut Milk Crispy Fried Chicken. Very easy recipe. Let's see ...."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht 
  • Rice Flour (米粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Tempura Flour (天ぷら粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) about 2/3 cup ~ 10 Baht
  • White & Black Sesame (白と黒ごま) about 1 tea spoon ~ 2 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒)] ~ 3 Baht
Total cost = 65 Baht


2. First, mix rice flour, tempura flour, salt, pepper and white & black flour together. Add Coconut milk and mix it well.

3. Put boiled chicken breast in.


4. Deep fry them ...

5. When it turned to dark brown colour then it was done.




6. That is !! Enjoy the Coconut milk crispy fried chicken !!

Vermicelli Chicken Baked

Ataya ~ "Hi There !! It's time to stay safe, stay home. Let's do some healthy recipe. Vermicelli Chicken Baked !!  Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht 
  • Chicken Sausage (ソーセージ) 2 sausages ~ 10 Baht
  • Vermicelli (春雨) 1 Pack ~ 20 Baht
  • Garlic (にんにく) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Thai Coriander(パクチー) 2-3 corianders ~ 3 Baht
  • Spring Onion (ねぎ) 2-3 spring onions ~ 3 Baht
  • Celery (セロリ) 1-2 celeries ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒), soy sauce(醤油),oyster sauce(オイスターソース),ginger powder(ジンジャー・パウダー)] ~ 10 Baht 


Total cost = 90 Baht


2. First, smash 3 friends: Garlic,  Thai Coriander root , Pepper


3. Add little bit of cooking oil into a pot then put smashed things and a clove of garlic into it. Just fry them for a good smell.

4. Then add Chicken Sausage.

5. Put soak vermicelli in a pot then add all seasoning and mix them well.


6. Put chicken breast on top. Pour little bit of water and close the lid.

7. Bake them about 5-8 minutes.

8. All veggies on top.

9. That is !! Enjoy your healthy Vermicelli Chicken Baked !!
