Homemade Lychee Sherbet

 Ataya ~ " Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make a Lychee Sherbet. It's very simple and delicious sweet. Let's see ... "

 
1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Lychee  (ライチ)  1 cup      ~10 Baht
  •    Milk (牛乳)  1 cup ~ 10 Baht
  •    Sugar (砂糖) about 3-4 table spoons   ~ 5 Baht
  •    Salt(塩) 1/2 tea spoon   ~ 1 Baht

Total cost = 26 Baht

2. Peel off Lychee. Put lychee,water,milk, sugar and salt into the Blender and blending everything together. 

3. Next put the liquid into fry pan. Keep boiling it with medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Put the boiled liquid to the container. Wait until it was cool down and place it in freezer. 

 

5. When it turned to ice state. Using fork to scratching the ice to make and sherbet texture.

6. Put the lychee sherbet in your cup. That is !! Enjoy !!
