Homemade Craft Soda

 Ataya ~ "Hi There!! Today I will show you how to make a craft soda using only water,sugar and lime leaves. Let's see ... "

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

•    Lime Leaves  (ライムの葉)  3-5 leaves      ~0 Baht
•    Sugar (砂糖)　about 2-3 table spoons   ~ 3 Baht
•    Water(水)　1-2 Cups   ~ 0 Baht
•    Glass Bottle(ガラス瓶) 1-2 bottles ~ 0 Baht 

Total cost = 3 Baht

 

 2. First wash lime leaves with only water to clean out some dust or insect. 

 

 

3. Add sugar into the bottles.

  

 

4. Pour drinking water into the bottles. Shake it well.

 

 

5.  Put lime leaves into the sweet water and sealed the cap well. Keep it in normal room temperature for about 2-3 days for fermentation.

 

6. After that you can keep it in refrigerator or drink it immediately. A sweet and sour aroma soda is here !! Enjoy !!  

 

 

Avocado Banana Icecream

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

•    Avocado  (アボカド)  2 avocados      ~20 Baht
•    Banana (バナナ) 1 banana ~ 5 Baht 
•    Greek Yogurt (ギリシャヨーグルト)  1 cup ~ 30 Baht
•    Sugar (砂糖)　about 3-4 table spoons   ~ 5 Baht
•    Salt(塩)　1/2 tea spoon   ~ 1 Baht

Total cost = 61 Baht

 

 2. First put everything into blender.

 

3. Mixing everything together. 

 

4. Pour the liquid into container and placing it in freezer for about 3-6 hours (or until it was turned to ice solid state completely)  

 

5. Put the icecream out and blending it again. When it get icecream creamy texture then put the icecream in freezer for about 3-4 hour before serve. 

   6. Here we are !! The Avocado Banana Icecream or Gelato !! Topping with whatever you want and Enjoy !!

[Thai Sweet] Pumpkin Custard

 Ataya ~ "Hi there!! Today I will show you how to make a simple and classic Thai sweet, สังขยาฟักทอง Pumpkin Custard. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

• Pumpkin  (かぼちゃ) 200 gram ~ 20 Baht
• Milk(牛乳) ~ 200 gram ~ 10 Baht
• Egg(タマゴ) 1 egg ~ 4 Baht 
• Sugar() ~ 5 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
• Salt() ~ 1/2 tea spoon ~ 1 Baht
• Cinnamon Powder ~ 1/2 tea spoon ~ 2 Baht  

Total cost = 40 Baht

 

 

2. Making a hole at the top and pull off the pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin. 

 

 

3. Mixing egg, milk,cinnamon powder, salt and sugar together. (For original Thai recipe, it will use coconut milk instead of milk but I don't have it at the time)   

 

 

4. Pour custard milk into the pumpkin and steam it for about 30-45 minutes using medium heat.

 

5. Wait until it was cool. Here we are !! The Sweet and creamy Pumpkin Custard !!  

Homemade Lychee Sherbet

 Ataya ~ " Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make a Lychee Sherbet. It's very simple and delicious sweet. Let's see ... "

 
1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

•    Lychee  (ライチ)  1 cup      ~10 Baht
•    Milk (牛乳)  1 cup ~ 10 Baht
•    Sugar (砂糖)　about 3-4 table spoons   ~ 5 Baht
•    Salt(塩)　1/2 tea spoon   ~ 1 Baht

Total cost = 26 Baht

2. Peel off Lychee. Put lychee,water,milk, sugar and salt into the Blender and blending everything together. 

3. Next put the liquid into fry pan. Keep boiling it with medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Put the boiled liquid to the container. Wait until it was cool down and place it in freezer. 

 

5. When it turned to ice state. Using fork to scratching the ice to make and sherbet texture.

6. Put the lychee sherbet in your cup. That is !! Enjoy !!

[Chinese Food] Chinese Mushroom Soup

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

•    Dried Snow Fungus (乾燥シロキクラゲ)  20~30 gram ~ 20 Baht
•    Dried Black wood ear mushroom (乾燥黒キクラゲ) 10~20 gram ~ 10 Baht
•    Dried Chinese Jujube(乾燥中国ナツメ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
•    Dried Goji berries (乾燥クコの実) 1 teaspoon ~ 10 Baht 
•    Dried Date Palm (乾燥ナツメヤシ) 4-5 Date ~ 20 Baht
•    Pear (梨)  about 1/2 pear ~ 20 Baht  
•    Ginger Powder (生姜パウダー) about 1 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht 

Total cost = 105 Baht

2. First, Wash and soaking Dried Snow Fungus and Dried Black wood ear mushroom in water for about 1 hour or until it turned softer. Cut it into little pieces.

3. Then put everything in a pot.

4. Pour drinking water in and boiling them using medium heat.

5. Keep scoop the white bubbles out.  

6. It takes time about 45 minutes to 1 hour. When everything turned soft and the soup's color is getting darker then it was done.

[Thai Sweet] Jackfruit Seed Sweet

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

• Boiled Jackfruit seeds (茹でジャックフルーツの種) ~ 1 cup ~ 20 Baht  
• Coconut Milk(ココナッツミルク) ~ 1 cup   10 Baht 
• Sugar (砂糖) 1/2  cup  5 Baht
• Salt(塩) 1/3 teaspoon 1 Baht  

Total cost = 36 Baht

 

2.  Peeling off the peel of boiled Jackfruit seeds.

   

 

3. Put Jackfruit seeds, Coconut milk, Sugar and salt into blender. Mixing everything together.

 

4. Pour liquid into frypan. stir them using low-medium heat until you got the mold able sweet clay.

 

5. Making it to little balls. Here we are. Jackfruit seed sweet !! Enjoy !!

  

[Chinese Sweet] Ginger Milk Pudding

 Ataya ~ "Hi There !! Today I will show you how to make an ancient Chinese sweet, Ginger Milk Pudding 姜汁撞奶  with simple 3 ingredients. Let's see ...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

•  Milk(ミルク) ~ 1 cup   10 Baht
• Ginger(生姜) ~ 100 gram 10 Baht 
•  Sugar (砂糖) 1-2  tablespoons  2 Baht 

Total cost = 22 Baht

 

 2. First of all, Making Ginger juice by grate the ginger.

 3. Squeezing ginger for the fresh ginger juice.

 

 4. Put fresh ginger juice in cups that you want to make the pudding.

  

5. Mixing milk and sugar and warming up milk with low heat to raising temperature to about 50-70 Celsius. Not too hot and not too cold.

6. Pour the warm milk into the cups that had the fresh ginger juice.

 

 7. Put some lid on and wait for about 10-20 minutes.

 

8. After that I put some Goji Berry on top to make it more look like Chinese dish. Now you got the Ginger Milk Pudding !! Enjoy !!
