1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht
- Rice Flour (米粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Tempura Flour (天ぷら粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) about 2/3 cup ~ 10 Baht
- White & Black Sesame (白と黒ごま) about 1 tea spoon ~ 2 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒)] ~ 3 Baht
2. First, mix rice flour, tempura flour, salt, pepper and white & black flour together. Add Coconut milk and mix it well.
3. Put boiled chicken breast in.
4. Deep fry them ...
5. When it turned to dark brown colour then it was done.
