[Thaifood] Pork Belly Stir Fried With Krapi

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make an easy Thai menu : หมูสามชั้นผัดกระปิ spicy pork belly stir fried with Krapi(shrimp paste). Very simple but so spicy and yummy. Let's see ...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Slide Pork Belly (豚バラ肉) 50 gram ~ 20 Baht 
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 3-4 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Red Onion (赤タマネギ) 2-3 cloves ~ 2 Baht
  • Chili (唐辛子) 2-3 chilis ~ 3 Baht
  • Lemongrass (レモングラス) 1 lemongrass ~ 2 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[shrimp paste(エビペースト), Coconut Sugar(ココナッツシュガー)] ~ 5 Baht 



Total cost = 35 Baht

 

2. Smash all spices in the mortar.

3. Warming up the pan and adding cooking oil. Fry the smashed spices well.

4. Then put the belly pork into the pan and stir fried it with spices.

5. Add Krapi(shrimp paste) and then coconut sugar into the pan.

6. Add little bit of water then stir fry all ingredients well.

7. That is !! Enjoy the Pork Belly Stir Fried with Krapi !! Aroi !!
