1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Milk(ミルク) ~ 1 cup 10 Baht
- Ginger(生姜) ~ 100 gram 10 Baht
- Sugar (砂糖) 1-2 tablespoons 2 Baht
Total cost = 22 Baht
2. First of all, Making Ginger juice by grate the ginger.
3. Squeezing ginger for the fresh ginger juice.
4. Put fresh ginger juice in cups that you want to make the pudding.
5. Mixing milk and sugar and warming up milk with low heat to raising temperature to about 50-70 Celsius. Not too hot and not too cold.
6. Pour the warm milk into the cups that had the fresh ginger juice.
7. Put some lid on and wait for about 10-20 minutes.
8. After that I put some Goji Berry on top to make it more look like Chinese dish. Now you got the Ginger Milk Pudding !! Enjoy !!
