Ataya ~ "Hi there !! I have some left over soybean. So, I decided to make some Japanese style soybean shoyu snack. Let's see ... "
1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Steamed Soybean (蒸し大豆) 1 cup ~10 Baht
- Potato Starch(片栗粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Black Sesame(黒ゴマ) 1 tablespoon ~ 2 Baht
- Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 1 tablespoon ~ 2 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Soy Sauce(醤油),Sweet Sake(味醂),Salt(塩),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 7 Baht
Total cost = 26 Baht
2. Take off some moistures by using cooking paper.
3. Add potato starch.
4. Mix it well.
5. Next mixing soysauce, sweet sake , black sesame, sugar and salt together.
6. Flying soybean with hot rice bran oil on fry pan.
7. When soybean was cooked then add the sauce in.
8. When everything turned blown then it was done.
9. And yes now you got Japanese style soybean shoyu snack !! Oishi !!
