1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Lime Leaves (ライムの葉) 3-5 leaves ~0 Baht
- Sugar (砂糖) about 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
- Water(水) 1-2 Cups ~ 0 Baht
- Glass Bottle(ガラス瓶) 1-2 bottles ~ 0 Baht
Total cost = 3 Baht
2. First wash lime leaves with only water to clean out some dust or insect.
3. Add sugar into the bottles.
4. Pour drinking water into the bottles. Shake it well.
5. Put lime leaves into the sweet water. Keep it in normal room temperature for about 2-3 days for fermentation.
6. After that you can keep it in refrigerator or drink it immediately. A sweet and sour aroma soda is here !! Enjoy !!
