Coconut Milk Crispy Fried Chicken

Ataya ~"Hi everyone, Today I would like to introducing you a yummy Coconut Milk Crispy Fried Chicken. Very easy recipe. Let's see ...."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht 
  • Rice Flour (米粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Tempura Flour (天ぷら粉) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) about 2/3 cup ~ 10 Baht
  • White & Black Sesame (白と黒ごま) about 1 tea spoon ~ 2 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒)] ~ 3 Baht
Total cost = 65 Baht


2. First, mix rice flour, tempura flour, salt, pepper and white & black flour together. Add Coconut milk and mix it well.

3. Put boiled chicken breast in.


4. Deep fry them ...

5. When it turned to dark brown colour then it was done.




6. That is !! Enjoy the Coconut milk crispy fried chicken !!

Vermicelli Chicken Baked

Ataya ~ "Hi There !! It's time to stay safe, stay home. Let's do some healthy recipe. Vermicelli Chicken Baked !!  Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1 pack ~ 40 Baht 
  • Chicken Sausage (ソーセージ) 2 sausages ~ 10 Baht
  • Vermicelli (春雨) 1 Pack ~ 20 Baht
  • Garlic (にんにく) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Thai Coriander(パクチー) 2-3 corianders ~ 3 Baht
  • Spring Onion (ねぎ) 2-3 spring onions ~ 3 Baht
  • Celery (セロリ) 1-2 celeries ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒), soy sauce(醤油),oyster sauce(オイスターソース),ginger powder(ジンジャー・パウダー)] ~ 10 Baht 


Total cost = 90 Baht


2. First, smash 3 friends: Garlic,  Thai Coriander root , Pepper


3. Add little bit of cooking oil into a pot then put smashed things and a clove of garlic into it. Just fry them for a good smell.

4. Then add Chicken Sausage.

5. Put soak vermicelli in a pot then add all seasoning and mix them well.


6. Put chicken breast on top. Pour little bit of water and close the lid.

7. Bake them about 5-8 minutes.

8. All veggies on top.

9. That is !! Enjoy your healthy Vermicelli Chicken Baked !!

Fluffy French Omelette

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Just boring of normal omelette. So, I tried a Fluffy French Omelette. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Egg (玉子) about 2 eggs ~ 10 Baht
  • Salt () about 1/2 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Cinnamon(シナモン)] ~  1 Baht
Total cost = 12 Baht


2. Separate egg white and yolk. Add salt into white egg and cinnamon into the yolk.

3. Whipping egg white until it turn into bobble cream.

4. Then add the yolk and mix them well.

5. Warming up fry pan and cooking oil. Pour the egg into the pan.


6. Use low or medium heat. Wait until it expand to double size.

7. Find something to make a pan's lid. Keep it close for about 3-5 minutes.

8. Put the omelette on dish and fold it half. 

9. That is !! Enjoy the Fluffy French Omelette !!

Stewed Apple

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! I got a new recipe, the stewed apple. very easy to cook. Let's see "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Apple (林檎) about 2 apples ~ 30 Baht
  • Salted Butter (塩バター) about 50 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Cinnamon(シナモン)] ~  1 Baht
Total cost = 51 Baht



2. Wash them well.

3. Peel the apples, get the core out and put the butter in.


 4. Steam them for about 20-30 minutes.

5. If the apples turned soft then it was done.

6. Spread cinnamon powder on top.

7. That is. It's Yummy Time !!

[Thai Food] Chili & Salt

Ataya ~ "Happy new year 2020 !! Today I will introduce you a classic Thai style Furikake rice seasoning, the "Chili & Salt" but it hasn't any chili in the recipe ?  This is because a long time ago the Morn tribe who invented this recipe didn't have enough resources to make good food. So they fried chili with salt to eaten with rice. However, when they have moved to Siam(Thailand) that had many material to cook food. They just removed the chili out and added others in. That's the history. OK.Let's see...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Roasted coconut (ローストココナッツ) about 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Peanut (ピーナツ) about 100 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • White & Black Sesame Seed (白と黒のゴマ) about 100 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Coconut Sugar (ココナッツシュガー) 4-5 table spoons ~ 20 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩)] ~  1 Baht
Total cost = 61 Baht



2. Roasting peanut. 

 3. Roasting sesame seed.

4. Roasting coconut meat.

5. Smash everything in mortar.

 6. Add salt (salt flower for better taste)

7. Add coconut sugar and mix them well.

8. That is. Then you got Chili & Salt Thai style Furikake !! You can eat it with rice or chili paste.
