1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Egg (玉子) about 2 eggs ~ 10 Baht
- Salt (塩) about 1/2 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Cinnamon(シナモン)] ~ 1 Baht
2. Separate egg white and yolk. Add salt into white egg and cinnamon into the yolk.
3. Whipping egg white until it turn into bobble cream.
4. Then add the yolk and mix them well.
5. Warming up fry pan and cooking oil. Pour the egg into the pan.
6. Use low or medium heat. Wait until it expand to double size.
7. Find something to make a pan's lid. Keep it close for about 3-5 minutes.
8. Put the omelette on dish and fold it half.
9. That is !! Enjoy the Fluffy French Omelette !!
