Croque Madame

Ataya ~"Happy New Year 2023 !! I wish you to have a wonderful year. So, Today I will show you how to make an easy recipe of Croque Madame. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Ham (ハム) 1 slice ~10 Baht
  • Egg   ( ) 1 eggs ~ 3 Baht
  • Bread (パン) 2 slices ~ 5 Baht
  • Cheese Slice (スライスチーズ) 2 slices ~ 40 Baht
  • Homemade White Sacue (自家製ホワイトソース) about 2 tea spoons ~ 5 Baht

Total cost = 63 Baht

 

2. First, spread white sauce on one side of two bread slices.

 

3. Place ham on top of the bread.

 
4. Next put slice cheese on top of the ham and sandwiching them with a bread.

 

5. Use table spoon to make hole on the top of bread.

 

6. Place them on air fryer tray and put an egg on top

 

7. Using air fryer setting at 220 Celsius about 10 - 15 minutes. Finally the easy Croque Madame was done !! Enjoy !!

Fluffy French Omelette

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Just boring of normal omelette. So, I tried a Fluffy French Omelette. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
  • Egg (玉子) about 2 eggs ~ 10 Baht
  • Salt () about 1/2 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Cinnamon(シナモン)] ~  1 Baht
Total cost = 12 Baht


2. Separate egg white and yolk. Add salt into white egg and cinnamon into the yolk.

3. Whipping egg white until it turn into bobble cream.

4. Then add the yolk and mix them well.

5. Warming up fry pan and cooking oil. Pour the egg into the pan.


6. Use low or medium heat. Wait until it expand to double size.

7. Find something to make a pan's lid. Keep it close for about 3-5 minutes.

8. Put the omelette on dish and fold it half. 

9. That is !! Enjoy the Fluffy French Omelette !!

My French Toast

Ataya ~ "Hi all, My stomach needs something to fill up. Just take a look. I got some bread and egg. Well, Let's make some French toast .... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Bread  (パン)  2 slices     ~20 Yen
  •    Egg (玉子) 1 egg ~ 20 Yen
  •    Whipped cream (生クリーム) 2-3 tea spoons  ~ 10 Yen
  •    Sugar(砂糖) 3-4 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •   Cinnamon sugar(シナモンシュガー) 2 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •   Butter(バター) 1/2 tea spoon ~ 5 Yen
  •   Fruit jam (ジャム) 1 tea spoon ~ 10 Yen
Total cost = 85 Yen



2. Add egg, whipped cream, sugar, cinnamon sugar into a bowl.


3. Mixing them well ...


4. Then add cut breads into the mixed.


5. Heating up fry pan and melt the butter.


6. Turn the heat to normal then fry the breads ..


7. Flip to fry both sides...


8. Serve with topping jam .... Yummy !!

[French food] Eggplant Gratin

Ataya ~ "Last week, my friend gave me  a lot of eggplants and tomatoes. I have to finish them as fast as I can. Summer is the season when vegetable get rot easily.So,today I will make Eggplant Gratin..Hope you enjoy the show "

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Eggplant (茄子) 1 eggplant ~100 Yen
  •    Tomato (トマト) 1/2 tomato ~ 50 Yen
  •    Onion(玉ねぎ)10 gram  ~5 Yen
  •    Garlic (大蒜) 1 glove ~10 Yen
  •    Corn soup (とうもろこしスープ) 1/3 cup   ~ 30 Yen
  •    Ham (ハム) 3,4 pairs  ~30 Yen 
  •    Cheese(チーズ) 200 gram ~ 50 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[Parsley(パセリ),Pepper(胡椒),Salt(塩),] ~ 40 Yen 
    Total cost = ~ 285 Yen



2. First, slice eggplant and grill it with fry pan.


3. Scrub garlic all around a bowl. (Just inside of it.OK)


4.Put grilled eggplants in a bowl. Add onion.


5.Spread cheese all around ...

6.Grill hams, spread some pepper.

7.Put grilled hams on top...

8.Add garlic and cheese for making a layer.

9. Then put fresh slice tomatoes on top.

10.Warm up corn soup, add salt and little bit of pepper.

11.Pour it into a bowl.

12.Spread parsley all around ...

13. Put a bowl in microwave and wave it for 2-3 minutes (Using oven instead if you have )


14. Finally, Eggplant Gratin was ready to be serve ... Delizioso !!

Potato Gratin

 1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •     Corn cream (コーンクリム)1 cup   ~ 20 Yen
  •     Corn(コーン)2 spoons    ~10 Yen
  •     Milk (ミルク)1/4 cup  ~ 10 Yen
  •     Mix Cheese (ミックスシーズ) ~ 130 Yen
  •     French fried potatoes (フレンチフライ「冷凍」) 10 pieces  ~  100 Yen
  •     Onion (玉ねぎ) 1/10 onion         ~10 Yen
  •     Garlic (大蒜)   1 clove              ~ 10 Yen
  •     Mini Tomato(ミニトマト) 4 tomatoes        ~ 40 Yen
  •     Pork (豚肉)3-4 pieces  ~ 30 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[black pepper(ブラックペッパー),Rosemary(ローズマリー),Parley(パスレー),salt(塩),] ~ 30 Yen

    Total cost = ~ 390 Yen



2.Warming up corn cream. Add milk and wait until it hot.Just keep in the other container.


3.scrub a piece of galic all around a pan.


4.Fry pieces of garlic with french fried potatoes


5.Add onion and fry it well.


6.Place pair of porks as you can see.


7.Spread corns,tomatoes,all of seasoning



8.Cover with mix cheese.



9.Add corn cream and heat it until it going to dry.


10.Finally,Potato gratin is ready to serve.Buono !!
