1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Dried Snow Fungus (乾燥シロキクラゲ) 20~30 gram ~ 20 Baht
- Dried Black wood ear mushroom (乾燥黒キクラゲ) 10~20 gram ~ 10 Baht
- Dried Chinese Jujube(乾燥中国ナツメ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
- Dried Goji berries (乾燥クコの実) 1 teaspoon ~ 10 Baht
- Dried Date Palm (乾燥ナツメヤシ) 4-5 Date ~ 20 Baht
- Pear (梨) about 1/2 pear ~ 20 Baht
- Ginger Powder (生姜パウダー) about 1 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 105 Baht
2. First, Wash and soaking Dried Snow Fungus and Dried Black wood ear mushroom in water for about 1 hour or until it turned softer. Cut it into little pieces.
3. Then put everything in a pot.
4. Pour drinking water in and boiling them using medium heat.
5. Keep scoop the white bubbles out.
6. It takes time about 45 minutes to 1 hour. When everything turned soft and the soup's color is getting darker then it was done.
