[Chinese Sweet] Ginger Milk Pudding

 Ataya ~ "Hi There !! Today I will show you how to make an ancient Chinese sweet, Ginger Milk Pudding 姜汁撞奶  with simple 3 ingredients. Let's see ...  "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •  Milk(ミルク) ~ 1 cup   10 Baht
  • Ginger(生姜) ~ 100 gram 10 Baht 
  •  Sugar (砂糖) 1-2  tablespoons  2 Baht 

Total cost = 22 Baht

 

 2. First of all, Making Ginger juice by grate the ginger.


 3. Squeezing ginger for the fresh ginger juice.

 

 4. Put fresh ginger juice in cups that you want to make the pudding.

  

5. Mixing milk and sugar and warming up milk with low heat to raising temperature to about 50-70 Celsius. Not too hot and not too cold.


6. Pour the warm milk into the cups that had the fresh ginger juice.

 

 7. Put some lid on and wait for about 10-20 minutes.

 

8. After that I put some Goji Berry on top to make it more look like Chinese dish. Now you got the Ginger Milk Pudding !! Enjoy !!

[Thai Food] ข้าวจี่ Grilled Sticky Rice

 Ataya ~ "Hello there !! Today I will show you the easy Thai snack making from sticky rice, ข้าวจี่ (Khao Gee). Mostly has been eating in northern and northeastern regions. Let's see ... "


1.  Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Cooked Thai Sticky Rice (タイの餅米) 1/2 Kg cup ~ 10 Baht
  • Eggs (たまご) ~ 2 eggs ~ 8 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Pepper(胡椒),Soy Sauce(醤油)] ~  2 Baht

Total cost = 20 Baht


2. First warming up sticky rice with steamer pot.

3. Then spread salt over the hot sticky rice.

4. Wait until it was little bit cool down. Then make a small sticky rice cakes.

5. Fry them on fry pan using low to medium heat.


6. Breaking eggs into the bowl. Seasoning with soy sauce and pepper. Mixing it well.

7. Flip side the sticky rice cake and wait until it turned crispy and brown.

8. Dip sticky rice cake in to the eggs.

9. Grilling them in fry pan again. Flip to grill both sides.

10. Here we are. ข้าวจี่ Khao Gee !! Best to eat while it's still hot.

Tapioca Snow มันหิมะ

Ataya ~ "Happy New Year 2026 !! Today I will show you how to make an easy dessert, มันหิมะ Tapioca Snow. Let's see ..."


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Boiled Tapioca  (茹でキャッサバ) about 100 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Sugar(砂糖) about 4-5 tablespoons ~ 5 Baht
  • Baking Soda Powder (重曹パウダー ) about 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Black & White Sesame (黒と白のゴマ) about 1 tablespoons ~ 1 Baht

Total cost = 17 Baht


 2. First of all, dry boiled tapioca with air fryer. Using 100 Celsius for about 10-15 minutes (You can use  sweet potato or taro instead )


3. Next and sugar and little bit of water into frypan. Use high temperature to melting sugar.
 

4. When syrup has big bubbles then add white and black sesame.

5.Next add baking soda powder and quickly stir them well.

 

6. Bring dried boiled tapioca into frypan and turn off the heat. Quickly stir them to make a snowy sugary texture.

 

7. Put Tapioca Snow on dish and wait until it was cool. Enjoy !!
