Coconut Milk Pudding

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

• Egg   (卵 ) 2 eggs ~ 6 Baht
  
• Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) about 200 gram ~ 10 Baht
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩), Cinamol(シナモール),Sugar  (砂糖),Palm Sugar(パームシュガー)] ~  10 Baht

Total cost = 26 Baht

 

2. Mix eggs with sugar,palm sugar,salt and cinamol.

 

3. Then add coconut milk in.

 

4. Mixing it well.

5. Pour the liquid into cups. Using air-fryer to bake them (about 160 Celsius for 10-15 minutes)
