1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1 tea spoon~ 10 Yen
- Parsley(パセリ) 10 grams ~ 10 Yen
- Rosemary(ローズマリー) 10 grams ~ 10 Yen
- Basil(バジル) 5 grams ~ 10 Yen
- Asparagus(アスパラガス) 2 sticks ~ 20 Yen
- Mini Tomatoes (ミニトマト) 4 tomatoes ~ 20 Yen
- Garlic(にんにく) 1 clove ~ 10 Yen
- Salmon(鮭) 1cut ~ 190 Yen
- Mayonnaise(マヨネーズ) 30 gram ~ 10 Yen
- Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(コショウ),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),salt(塩),Lemon(レモン),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 30 Yen
Total cost = ~ 320 Yen
2.Warming fry pan, Add olive oil and spread salt. Then add pieces of garlic,narrow cut asparagus and fry them well.
3.Fry a piece of salmon on hot olive oil.
4.Add salt,pepper,black pepper,rosemary and low down heat to normal level. Never forget to flipping the salmon. I prefer well done steak anyway.
5.Turn off the heat and spread a little bit of lemon water on the salmon.
6.Then turn to make sour sauce by mixing mayonnaise,little bit of sugar,lemon water and parsley.
