Asparagus Salmon Steak

Ataya ~ "Hi all, I decided to make salmon steak for tonight dinner. The taste was good but unfortunately that I not drink white wine...Ha ha.. Please enjoy the show anyway"

 1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •     Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1 tea spoon~ 10 Yen
  •     Parsley(パセリ) 10 grams ~ 10 Yen
  •     Rosemary(ローズマリー) 10 grams ~ 10 Yen
  •     Basil(バジル) 5 grams ~ 10 Yen
  •     Asparagus(アスパラガス) 2 sticks ~ 20 Yen
  •     Mini Tomatoes (ミニトマト) 4 tomatoes ~ 20 Yen
  •     Garlic(にんにく) 1 clove ~ 10 Yen
  •     Salmon(鮭) 1cut  ~ 190 Yen
  •     Mayonnaise(マヨネーズ) 30 gram ~ 10 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(コショウ),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),salt(塩),Lemon(レモン),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 30 Yen

    Total cost = ~ 320 Yen



2.Warming fry pan, Add olive oil and spread salt. Then add pieces of garlic,narrow cut asparagus and fry them well.


3.Fry a piece of salmon on hot olive oil.


4.Add salt,pepper,black pepper,rosemary and low down heat to normal level. Never forget to flipping the salmon. I prefer well done steak anyway.


5.Turn off the heat and spread a little bit of lemon water on the salmon.


6.Then turn to make sour sauce by mixing mayonnaise,little bit of sugar,lemon water and parsley.


10.Place all in plate and enjoy your dish  ...

[Thai food] Khao Khluk Kapi and Moo Wan (Kapi fried rice and sweet pork)

Ataya ~ "Dear all. Today I will show you how to make Khao Khluk Kapi and Moo Wan. These are basic Thai food that you can find anywhere in Thailand but of cause hard to find in Japan. My menu was little bit difference from original 'cause lack of resources but the taste always the same. Don't worry. Now please enjoy the show..."

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •     Instant fried rice(インスタント チャーハン) 1 pack ~ 200 Yen
  •     Kapi (カピ) ~ 10 Yen
  •     Onion (玉ねぎ) 1/10 onion         ~10 Yen
  •     Garlic(ニンニク) 2 clove      ~10 Yen
  •     Pork  (豚ロース)   100 gram         ~ 178 Yen
  •     Tomato (トマト) 2ー3 tomatoes      ~ 20 Yen
  •     Red Onion (赤い玉ねぎ) 1/10 ball    ~ 10 Yen
  •     Carrot (人参) 10 gram  ~ 10 Yen
  •     Scallion(ながねぎ) 1 stick  ~ 10 Yen
  •     Apple(りんご) 1/10 ball ~ 20 Yen

    Seasoning(調味料)[soy sauce(醤油),chili(唐辛子),pepper(コショウ),sugar(砂糖),salt(塩)] ~ 30 Yen
  
    Total cost = ~ 498 Yen



2.First of all, Making of sweet pork by cutting pork and red onion into little pieces.


3.Put pork into hot water and boiling it.


4.Add soy sauce, pepper and 1/2 cup of sugar.


5.Add red onion and boiling it until done.



6.Keep it to eat with the fried rice.


7.Now turn to cut all vegetables and apple into little pieces.


8.Then we going to make Kapi fried rice. If you wonder this is Kapi. It made from a super tiny shrimp. In Thai food this is a major seasoning. It taste salty and has a unique smell. (Old people told me that monkey hate it's smell but I not sure this is true or not but if you hate this one... you might be nearly monkey..Ha ha ha)


9.OK. History lesson over. Cooking time. Warming a pan add cooking oil and fry some garlic.


10.Then add 2-3 spoon of Kapi (Not too much because it so salty and too much smell nice) frying them until little bit burned.


11.Add instant fried rice.


12.Mix it well.


13.Cooking it until Kapi was covered all and turn fried rice to be black colored.


14.Put everything in the plate. Kapi fried rice was always eating with vegetables and sweet pork. Aroi !!!

[Thai food] Kaipalo (Smoked eggs stewed in the chinese gravy)

Ataya ~ "Hi all, Just received smoked eggs from my boss as a free gift. I don't know why it so that expensive. Everything in Japan is unreasonable price. Anyway, I will show you how to make Kaipalo (Thai word for Kai(Egg) and Palo(Chinese gravy). It's good for your health. Enjoy... "

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Smoked Eggs(熏蒸玉子) 2eggs   ~200 Yen
  •    Meat balls(ミートボール) 5,6 balls   ~ 100 Yen
  •    Garlic (ニンニク) 2,3 cloves                ~ 10 Yen
  •    Onion(玉ねぎ)100 gram                  ~10 Yen
  •    Spinach(ほうれん草) 300 grams         ~100 Yen
  •  Fried Tofu(油揚げ) 1 pack                   ~90 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[black pepper(ブラックペッパー),chili(唐辛子),soy souce(醤油),oyster souce(カキソース),salt(塩),cinnamon(シナモンジュガー)] ~ 50 Yen 

  
    Total cost = ~ 560 Yen



2.First of all,Fry pieces of garlic with black pepper.

3.Add well cut of onions and fry it well.

4.Add meat balls.

5.After that,Add soy souce,orster souce and chili. Cook it well.

6.Add water and boiling it.

7.Add cinnamon and keep boiling.

8.When it going bubble,Add spinach,Fried tofu and smoked eggs.Keep boiling until it done.

9.And yes...Smell good.

Hamburger and French fried potatoes

Ataya ~ "Hi all, Today I just making a nice and easy menu for you all. Hamburger and French fried potatoes. Hope you enjoy the menu. Cheers "


 1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •     Olive Oil(オリーブ油) 1 tea spoon~ 10 Yen
  •     Egg (玉子) ~ 30 Yen
  •     Onion (玉ねぎ) 1/10 onion         ~10 Yen
  •     Mini Tomato  (ミニトマト)   2 tomatoes         ~ 20 Yen
  •     Bacon(ベーコン) 2 pairs      ~ 20 Yen
  •     Baby reef mixed(ベビーリーフミックス) 10 grams ~ 30 Yen
  •     Burger Bread (パン) 2 pieces  ~ 50 Yen
  •     French fried potatoes(冷凍ポテト) 20 grams  ~ 50 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(コショウ),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),salt(塩)] ~ 20 Yen 

  
    Total cost = ~ 240 Yen



2.Warming fry pan, Just barking burger bread.


3.Barking them until it going to be brown.


4.After that,Spreading olive oil and frying bacon using normal heating.Adding little bit of salt, pepper and blackpepper.

5.Then making fried egg.


6.Now push fried bacon in the stack.


7.Place all vegetables.


8.Topping with fried egg.


9.Then back to frying french fried potatoes with maximum heat.


10.Place all in plate and I loving it ...
