Homemade Carbonara

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to cook Creamy Carbonara.Hope you enjoy the show "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Pasta  (パスタ ) 100 gram ~ 20 Baht
  • Bacon (ベーコン) about 20 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Egg (玉子) 2 Eggs  ~ 10 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 3 Baht
  • Homemade Cottage Cheese (自家製カッテージチーズ ) 10 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩), Pepper(胡椒),Italian Seasoning Herb(イタリアの調味料ハーブ), Maggi Sauce(マギーソース ) ,Olive Oil(オリーブオイル)] ~  4 Baht

Total cost = 57 Baht

2. Boiling the pasta until it was soft as you wish.

3. Frying garlic and bacon in olive oil. Spread some salt and Italian seasoning herb.

4. Put soft pasta into egg. Let them absorb egg for a while.


5. Then using low heat and stir fry the pasta.

6. Add Pepper, Maggie Sauce and Homemade Cottage Cheese. Mix them well.

7. When the pasta turned creamy then it was done. Bouno !!
