1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Watermelon Rind (スイカの皮) 1/2 watermelon ~ 0 Baht
- Sugar (砂糖) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Palm Sugar (パームシュガー) 2 table spoons ~ 10 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),cinnamon(シナモン)] ~ 1 Baht
2. Clean up watermelon rind. Get off the watermelon mesocarp that left over.
3. Peel off the green part.
4. Boiling the rind until it turned clear. Remove the rind and let it dry.
6. Add the rind back and keep stir until it turned candy.
7. Keep the watermelon rind in open container and wait until it dried.
8. Finally , Put it in close container and keep it in cool place. Enjoy !!
