1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Watermelon Rind (スイカの皮) 1/2 watermelon ~ 0 Baht
- Sugar (砂糖) 1/2 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Salt(塩) 2-3 table spoons ~ 2 Baht
2. Clean up watermelon rind. Get off the watermelon mesocarp that left over.
3. Peel off the green part.
4. Wash them with clean water.
5. Add them to close container, add salt and sugar into hot water then pour syrup into a container. Keep it on room temperature for about 3-4 days.
6. Here it is !! Watermelon rind pickles !!
