Homemade Biscotti

Ataya ~ "Hi there!! Today I will  show you how to make Bisotti, an Italy biscuit. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

• Egg (たまご) 1 egg ~5 Baht
  
• Wheat Flour  (小麦粉 ) 1 Cup ~ 20 Baht
  
• Baking Powder (ベーキングパウダー) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
• Peanut (ピーナツ) 1/2 cup ~ 10 Baht
• Black Sesame (黒ゴマ) 1-2 teaspoons ~ 3 Baht
• Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 1 tablespoon ~ 2 Baht
  
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩),Sugar(砂糖),Cinamon(シナモン)] ~  3 Baht

Total cost = 44 Baht

 

2. First mixing wheat flour with baking powder and salt.

 

3. In another bowl; mixing egg,sugar,rice bran oil together.

 

4. Whip them well !!

 

5. Then add flour.

6. Quick Massage.

 

7. Bring peanut ,cinnamon and black sesame in and mix them well.

 

8. Bake them in air fryer at 200 Celsius for about 5 minutes.

 

9. Cut them into pieces

 

10. Bake it again for about 6-9 minutes.

11. Finally you got the homemade Biscotti !! Buono !!

 

Homemade Spanish Omelette

Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make a Spanish Omelette. Very easy to make. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

• Egg (たまご) 2 eggs ~10 Baht
  
• Potato   (じゃがいも ) 1-2 potatoes ~ 20 Baht
  
• Onion (タマネギ) 1 onion ~ 5 Baht
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩),Pepper(胡椒))] ~  3 Baht

Total cost = 38 Baht

 

 

2. First slicing potatoes and onion.

 

3. Fry onion with hot cooking oil.

 

4. Next fry the potatoes until it turned soft then turn off the heat.

5. Mixing egg with salt and pepper.

 

6. Wait until fried potato and onion getting cooler.

 

 

7. Then put them in to egg and wait for about 10 minutes.

 

8. Next fry the omelette.

 

9. Flip it !!

 

10. Finally you got it !! the Spanish Omelette !!

Homemade Cottage Pie

Ataya ~ "Hi There !! Today I will show you how to make a Cottage Pie. I using pork instant of beef but it also yummy as it is. Let's see "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

• Minced Pork (豚のひき肉) 100 gram ~30 Baht
  
• Potato   (じゃがいも ) 2 potatoes ~ 20 Baht
  
• Cheddar Cheese (チェダーチーズ) 2 slices ~ 5 Baht
• Garlic(ニンニク) 2-3 cloves ~ 2 Baht 
• Wheat Flour(小麦粉) 2-3 table spoons ~ 2 Baht
• Milk(牛乳) 3-4 table spoons ~ 5 Baht
  
• Seasoning(調味料）[Salt(塩),Pepper(胡椒)),Maggi Sauce(マギーソース), Tomato sauce(トマトソース)] ~  5 Baht

Total cost = 69 Baht

 

2. First boiling potato.

 

3. When it turned soft, Make a mashed potatoes by mixing it with milk, cheddar cheese and pepper.

 

4. Next fry garlic in hot cooking oil.

 

5. Add minced pork .

6. Seasoning as you want.

 

7.Add little bit of water then bring wheat flour in and stir them well.

 

8. Put the cooked minced pork in the bottom of bun tray.

 

9. Cover with mashed potatoes.

 

10. Bake the pie in air fryer with 220 Celsius for about 10-15 minutes.

 

11. That is !! Yummy Yummy :P
