1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Rice(お米) 2 cup ~10 Baht
- Roasted Chestnut (焼き栗) 1 Cup ~ 30 Baht
- Dried Salted Sea weed (海苔) 1/2 pack ~10 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),Mirin (味醂),Soy sauce(醤油)] ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 55 Baht
2. First, wash and rinse rice. Soaking it in water for about 30 minutes.
3. Take off the shell from chestnut
4. Put chestnut into rice. Add soy sauce, salt and mirin. Mixing everything together.
5. It's rice cooker time !! Press button and wait until it's done.
6. After cooked, Stir it well.
7. Put chestnut rice into Japanese style bowl. Put some dried seaweed on top if you want more flavour. Oishi desu !!
