Oyakodon

Ataya ~"Hi everyone !! Today I will show you how to make Oyakodon (Japanese chicken and egg rice bowl). Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.


  • Chicken breast (鶏の胸肉) 1/2 pack ~ 30 Baht 
  • Egg (玉子) 2 eggs ~ 5 Baht
  • Onion(玉ねぎ) 1/2 onion ~ 3 Baht
  • Rice(ご飯) 1 cup ~ 10 Baht 
  • Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩),pepper(胡椒), soy sauce(醤油),sweet sake(味醂)] ~ 10 Baht 


Total cost = 58 Baht


2. Fry onion until smell good.

3.Add water.

4. When water boiled add chicken and all seasonings.


 5. Spread mix egg over the soup. Do not stir and keep boiling it for a while.

6. Put it on top of rice on the bowl.  Enjoy your Oyakodon !!
