1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
- Bitter gourd(ゴーヤ) 1/2 bitter gourd ~90 Yen
- Beef (牛肉) 200 gram ~ 300 Yen
- Onion(玉ねぎ)100 gram ~10 Yen
- Egg (卵) 1 egg ~30 Yen
- White sesame(いりごま) 1/2 tea spoon ~ 10 Yen
- Seasoning(調味料)[pepper(胡椒),soy souce(醤油),salt(塩),Mayonnaise(マヨネーズ)] ~ 50 Yen
Total cost = ~ 490 Yen
2.First of all, Slice bitter gourd into a half.
3.Using tea spoon to pull out the seed and stuff inside.
4.As you can see. Just like this.
5.Then we use just this side.
6.Cut them in to half ring shape. Spread salt all around them and scrub them together.
7.Put them all in the water to washing some bitter taste away. Keep it about 30 minutes should be enough.(Not too long because it will lose too much vitamin also)
8.Warm up fry pan. Add oil,spread salt and fry pieces of onion.
9.Then add beef. Add soy sauce,pepper and cook them well.
10.After that and bitter gourd. Cooking them until going to little bit soft.
11.Then add Mayonnaise.
12.Add egg and mixing it all around. Turn off the heat.
13.When egg is in solid state then it was done. Just spread some white sesame.
