[Italian Dessert] Budino Alla Banana : Banana Milk Pudding

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •  Banana  (バナナ)  ~2 bananas     6 Baht
  •  Milk(ミルク) ~ 1 cup   10 Baht
  •  Butter (バター) 10 Gram 3 Baht
  •  Sugar (砂糖) 1-2  tablespoons  2 Baht 
  •  Gelatine powder (ゼラチンパウダー) 2-3 tablespoons 4 Baht

Total cost = 25 Baht

 

2.First burning sugar on fry pan to make some caramel sauce.

 

3. When you saw some smoke than add water to the caramel and stir them well.

 

4. Put caramel sauce out and frying banana with butter.

 

5. Add some sugar. Stir fry until banana is soft and has some caramelisation.

6. Then turn off the heat and add milk to cool it down.

7. When the it was cool down then put it in the blender and mixing them well.

 

8. Put the liquid back to fry pan. Add gelatine powder and turn on the heat. Stir them for a while then put the pudding on you container. Keep in in refrigerator for about 1 hour or overnight.

 

9. Finally put the pudding on plate. Topping with caramel sauce. Here we are, Budino Alla Banana or Italian Style Banana Milk Pudding !! Enjoy !!

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Young Green Chilli  (未熟青唐辛子) 4-5 Chilli ~ 10 Baht
  • Garlic (ニンニク) 5-6 cloves ~ 2 Baht
  • Red Onion (赤玉ねぎ) 4-5 onions ~ 3 Baht
  • Lime(ライム) 1/2 lime ~ 2 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Sugar(砂糖),Fish Sauce(ナムプラー)] ~  3 Baht

Total cost = 20 Baht

 

2. First of all, Burning green chilli,garlic and red onion in you fry pan.

 

3. When you get some burn mark on your ingredients then take it off the fry pan.

4. When everything was cool down then take the burn spots off.

 

5. Next smash burned garlic and red onion in mortar.

 

6. Then add green chilli and smash them together.

 

7. Add little bit of lime and seasoning with salt, sugar and fish sauce as you want.

 

8. Finally You got the Nam Prik Num !! Good to eating with crispy pork skin. Enjoy !!

[India Sweet] Honey Milk Rice Pudding

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • White Rice (白米) 1 cup ~ 5 Baht
  • Milk (ミルク) ~ 2 cup ~ 10 Baht
  • Honey (蜂蜜) ~ 1/2 cup ~ 30 Baht
  • Raisin(レーズン) ~ 10 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Green cardamom(グリーンカルダモン) ~ 10 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Peanut (ピーナツ) ~ 10 gram ~ 5 Baht

Total cost = 60 Baht

 

2. Soaking white rice in water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

 
 
3. Boiling milk and add soaked rice in the milk. Use low heat and keep boiling it.

 
 
4. Smashing green cardamom in mortar.
 

5. Get the shell out. Using only the green cardamom powder.

 

6. Add honey into the rice.

7. Add the green cardamom powder.


8. Keep stir it until the rice turn to something sticky enough that you can form a rice ball with your hands.
 

9. Finally turn off the heat and wait until it was cool. Put the rice pudding in the plate. Topping with raisin and peanut. Enjoy !!

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Sliced Belly Pork (豚バラ肉 ) 100 gram ~ 50 Baht
  • Garlic  (ニンニク) 4-5 cloves  ~ 3 Baht
  • Onion (タマネギ) 1 onion ~ 2 Baht 
  • Eryngii Mushroom  (エリンギ) 5 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Pepper(胡椒),Sugar(砂糖) , Soy sauce(醤油),Mirin(味醂),Vinegar(),Gochujang(コチュジャン), Sesame oil(ごま油)] ~  10 Baht

Total cost = 70 Baht

 

2. Cut everything in pieces

 

3. Warming up fry pan. Add cooking oil and stir-frying garlics.


4. Then add sliced belly pork.
 

5. Add Eryngii Mushroom. Keep stir-fry for a while.

6. Add onion and all seasoning. Mixing well.

7. Here we are !! Pork stir-fried in Korean sauce. Eating with rice and Kimchi !! Enjoy !!

[Japanese Sweet] Castella Cake

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Wheat Flour (小麦粉) 1/2 cup ~5 Baht
  • Egg(タマゴ) 2 eggs ~ 10 Baht 
  • Honey(蜂蜜) 1-2 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht
  • Mirin (味醂) 1-2 teaspoon ~ 5 Baht
  • Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Sugar(砂糖)] ~  5 Baht

Total cost = 33 Baht

 

 

2. First separating egg yolk and egg white. 

  

3. At egg yolk bowl. Add flour, salt, water and honey. Stir them well.


 

4. At egg white bowl. Add sugar and mirin. Whisking them together. 

 5. When soft peak formed then it was enough.


6. Pour egg yolk into the egg white and mixing them together.


 7. Pour batter into cake pans that has cooking oil painted inside.

 

8.  Bake in air fryer at 150 Celsius for about 10-15 minutes.

 

9. Here we are !! Japanese Castella Cake !! Enjoy
