Tapioca Snow มันหิมะ

Ataya ~ "Happy New Year 2026 !! Today I will show you how to make an easy dessert, มันหิมะ Tapioca Snow. Let's see ..."


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Boiled Tapioca  (茹でキャッサバ) about 100 gram ~ 10 Baht
  • Sugar(砂糖) about 4-5 tablespoons ~ 5 Baht
  • Baking Soda Powder (重曹パウダー ) about 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Black & White Sesame (黒と白のゴマ) about 1 tablespoons ~ 1 Baht

Total cost = 17 Baht


 2. First of all, dry boiled tapioca with air fryer. Using 100 Celsius for about 10-15 minutes (You can use  sweet potato or taro instead )


3. Next and sugar and little bit of water into frypan. Use high temperature to melting sugar.
 

4. When syrup has big bubbles then add white and black sesame.

5.Next add baking soda powder and quickly stir them well.

 

6. Bring dried boiled tapioca into frypan and turn off the heat. Quickly stir them to make a snowy sugary texture.

 

7. Put Tapioca Snow on dish and wait until it was cool. Enjoy !!

[Japanese Food] Omurice

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make Omurice オムライス One of Japanese favourite dish. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •    Cooked Rice (ご飯)  1 cup    ~ 10Baht
  •    Egg  (玉子)  2 eggs ~ 10 Baht
  •    Bacon (ベーコン) about 10 gram ~ 20 Baht
  •    Onion (玉葱)  about 20 gram ~ 5 Baht 
  •    Garlic (ニンニク) about 1 gram ~ 1 Baht
  •    Spring onion(ネギ) about 1 spring onion ~ 1 Baht 
  •    Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩), sugar(砂糖), black pepper(黒コショウ),soy sauce(醤油)] ~ 4 Yen

Total cost = 51 Baht

 

2. First of all, stir fry onion and garlic in hot oil.

 

3. Then add bacon into the pan.

 

4. Next add cooked rice

 

5. Seasoning as you want. Stir fry them well. Add chopped spring onion last.

6. Put fried rice on the plate.

7. Then clean the frypan. Add cooking oil and make the omelette.


8. Bring omelette on top of the fried rice. You can put some ketchup on it if you prefer. Enjoy your Omurice !!

Purple Sweet Potato Bread

 Ataya ~ "Hi There!! Today I will show you how to make a purple sweet potato bread. It's so yummy and somehow healthy. Let's see ... "

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Steamed Purple Sweet Potato (蒸し紫芋) 1 Cup ~ 10 Baht
  • Wheat Flour  (小麦粉 ) 1 Cup ~ 20 Baht
  • Baking Powder (ベーキングパウダー) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Black Sesame (黒ゴマ) 1-2 teaspoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 1 tablespoon ~ 2 Baht 
  • Instant Yeast (インスタントイースト) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Sugar(砂糖)] ~  2 Baht

Total cost = 39 Baht

 
2. First of all, Smash purple sweet potato !!

 

3. Making bread by mixing flour, instant yeast, salt and sugar togather. Adding water and mixing them well.

3. Then add smashed purple sweet potato and making the dough.


4. Keep squeeze and rolling until you got the smooth dough

5. Put dough into bread mold and wait about 1 hour then you can baking them.

6. Baking them in air fryer using 220 Celsius about 10-15 minutes.

7. Now enjoy purple sweet potato bread !!

[Singaporean Food] Salted Egg Sauce

 Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today I will show you how to make a simple salted egg sauce. The famous dipping sauce from Singapore. Let's see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.

  • Salted Egg  (塩卵 ) 1 cup ~ 30 Baht
  • Red Chilli Paste (赤唐辛子ペースト) 1-2 teaspoons ~ 2 Baht
  • Mayonnaise (マヨネーズ) 2-3 tablespoons ~ 3 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Pepper(胡椒),Sugar(砂糖) ,Cooking Oil(クッキングオイル)] ~  4 Baht

Total cost = 39 Baht

 

2. First fry salted egg yolk with cooking oil using low heat.

3. Then add red chilli paste in and stir fry them together.

4. Next add water in. Mixing them well.

 

5. Seasoning the sauce with mayonnaise,sugar and pepper. 


6. Keep stir them until everything was incorporated. Then it was done !! Enjoy !!

[Korean Food] Homemade Tteokbokki

 Ataya ~ "Hello There !! Today I will show you how to make the Korean most comfort food , Tteokbokki  떡볶이  very simple and yummy. Let's see..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Wheat Flour (小麦粉) 100 gram ~ 10 Baht
  •  Rice Flour(米粉) 50 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Garlic  (ニンニク) 4-5 cloves  ~ 3 Baht
  • Ginger (生姜) 1 Ginger ~ 5 Baht 
  • Boiled Egg (茹で玉子) 2 eggs ~ 5 Baht
  • Sausage (ソーセージ) 1 pack ~ 20 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Pepper(胡椒),Sugar(砂糖) , Soy sauce(醤油),Gochujang(コチュジャン), Sesame oil(ごま油)] ~  10 Baht

Total cost = 58 Baht

 


2. First of all, we will making Tteok dough first by mixing wheat flour and rice four together.



 3. Add some water and mixing it well.

 

4. Rest the dough for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

 

5. Then making the dough into long stick shape.

 

6. Cut it into smaller length and boiling it in hot water.

 

7. When it was floating on the top of hot water then put it out and placing into cold water.



8. Next making the sauce by mixing all seasoning first.

 

9. Boiling water and add all seasoning mix into the hot water.


 10. Then add boiled eggs and sausage. Seasoning more as you want (I think it has salty and sweet character dish)


 11. Put the Tteok back into the sauce and keep boiling them for a while then you have Tteokbokki !! Enjoy !!
