3. Making bread by mixing flour, instant yeast, salt and sugar togather. Adding water and mixing them well.
3. Then add smashed purple sweet potato and making the dough.
4. Keep squeeze and rolling until you got the smooth dough
5. Put dough into bread mold and wait about 1 hour then you can baking them.
6. Baking them in air fryer using 220 Celsius about 10-15 minutes.
7. Now enjoy purple sweet potato bread !!

2. First of all, we will making Tteok dough first by mixing wheat flour and rice four together.
3. Add some water and mixing it well.
4. Rest the dough for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Then making the dough into long stick shape.
6. Cut it into smaller length and boiling it in hot water.
7. When it was floating on the top of hot water then put it out and placing into cold water.
8. Next making the sauce by mixing all seasoning first.
9. Boiling water and add all seasoning mix into the hot water.
10. Then add boiled eggs and sausage. Seasoning more as you want (I think it has salty and sweet character dish)
11. Put the Tteok back into the sauce and keep boiling them for a while then you have Tteokbokki !! Enjoy !!

2. First, Boiling water and add black pepper,dried chilli,sugar and salt (It's must be 70% sweet 30% salty )
3. When you got the syrup then turn off the heat and pour vinegar in. Now it must be sour and sweet. Wait until it's cool down.
4. Cut cabbage and baby carrot into little pieces. Washing them well.
5. Put cabbage, baby carrot and garlic into container that should be glass or stainless. No Plastic recommended !!
6. When the syrup was cool down then pour it over the cabbage and baby carrot.
7. Keep it in refrigenerator for about 2-3 days. Then you got an Asian Style Picked Cabbage !! Enjoy !!

2. First frying chopped garil with cooking oil.
3. Then add chopped onions and stir fry them together.
4. Add Naem and keep stir them.
5. Add cool cooked rice and all seasoning.
6. Keep fried rice in the other side of the pan and making fried egg.
7. Mix fried rice with egg. Stir fry for a while
8. Put fried rice on the plate. Garnishing with some vegetable. Then you have Khao Pad Naem !! Aroi Mak !!

2.First burning sugar on fry pan to make some caramel sauce.
3. When you saw some smoke than add water to the caramel and stir them well.
4. Put caramel sauce out and frying banana with butter.
5. Add some sugar. Stir fry until banana is soft and has some caramelisation.
6. Then turn off the heat and add milk to cool it down.
7. When the it was cool down then put it in the blender and mixing them well.
8. Put the liquid back to fry pan. Add gelatine powder and turn on the heat. Stir them for a while then put the pudding on you container. Keep in in refrigerator for about 1 hour or overnight.
9. Finally put the pudding on plate. Topping with caramel sauce. Here we are, Budino Alla Banana or Italian Style Banana Milk Pudding !! Enjoy !!
