Ataya ~ "Hi there !! Today is my last recipe about sweet soybean paste. So, I decided to make an easy Sweet Soybean Chinese Pastry !! Let's see ..."
1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Wheat Flour (小麦粉) 1 cup ~10 Baht
- Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
- Egg (たまご) 1 egg ~4 Baht
- Baking Soda(重炭酸曹達) 1/2 tea spoon ~ 1 Baht
- Sweet Soybean Paste (大豆ペースト) about 500 gram ~ 10 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 5 Baht
Total cost = 33 Baht
2. First, making the dough by mixing wheat flour, baking soda, sugar and little bit of salt.
3. Then add egg and rice bran oil. Mix them well.
4. When you got the dough, just keep them in room temperature about 30-60 minutes.
5. Next make the sweet soybean balls.
6. Cover the soybean ball with the dough.
7. Now you got the final dragon balls !!
8. Using low or medium heat on frypan. Add little bit of rice bran oil and fry the pastry.
10. Now you got the Sweet Soybean Chinese Pastry !! Enjoy with your tea !!
