1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Tapioca Starch (タピオカでんぷん) 1 cup ~5 Baht
- Pandan Leaf (パンダンリーフ) 1 leaf ~ 2 Baht
- Palm Sugar (パームシュガー) 2-3 tablespoons ~ 10 Baht
- Coconut Milk (ココナツミルク) 1/2 Cup ~ 5 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩),Sugar(砂糖)] ~ 2 Baht
Total cost = 24 Baht
2. First making syrup by boiling water with palm sugar, sugar and little bit of salt.
3. While waiting syrup to be cool down, blending pandan leaf with water.
4. Now you got the green potion !!
5. Prepare Tapioca starch and sugar.
6. Pour green potion into them and mixing it well.
7. Boiling the potion with low heat on fry pan.
8. Keep stir them until it became solid.
9. Add coconut milk into the syrup.
10. When everything cooled down, using your fingers touching with water and making green jelly pieces into white coconut milk syrup.
11. Add Ice cube and enjoy your Thai Intanil dessert !! Aroi !!
