Homemade meatball

Ataya ~"Hi there. It was an experiment. I tried to make meatball for a noodle menu. The result wasn't that bad. Let's see how to make it... "


1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below
  •    Minced Pork (ミンチ豚肉)  ~1/2 kg     188 Yen
  •    Tapioca flour (片栗粉 ) ~1/4 kg  40 Yen
  •    Salt (塩)  3-4 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen
  •    Pepper (コショウ)  2-3 tea spoons ~ 10 Yen  
  •    Soy sauce(醤油) 1-2 tea spoons ~ 5 Yen
Total cost = 285 Yen


2. Put minced pork into the bowl. Add Tapioca flour and all seasonings ..

3.Mixing it well. Pressing and squeezing it until everything become smoothy ...


4. Boiling the water. wait until it boiled then put all the meatballs into the pan. (After made it into ball shape of cause)


5.Keep boiling until all the meatballs are floating up to surface then wait for one or two minutes to make sure it was done.






6. Then put all the hot meatballs into the cold water.




7. That is. Now you have homemade meatballs for fry, grill or using with other menus. Enjoy !!

Tonkatsu souce + Meat Ball

Ataya ~ "Recently, I have no Idea what to cook. So, I just cook anything that left in refrigerator. OK, I god meatball..."

1.Gathering all ingredients.As describe below

  •     Meatball(肉団子) 6-7 balls        ~ 50 Yen
  •  Carrot (にんじん) 1 cut        ~ 10 Yen
  •     Onion(玉ねぎ) 1 cut ~10 Yen
  •     Seasoning(調味料)[Tonkatsu souce(とんかつソース),pepper(胡椒),black pepper(ブラックペッパー),Parley(パセリ),salt(塩)] ~ 40 Yen 

  
    Total cost = ~ 110 Yen



2.First,Warming frying pan.Add little bit of oil and salt then fry sliced onion.


3.Add meatballs into it.Add Black pepper,pepper and cook it well.


4.After meatballs's color turned to be little bit brown,little bit burn is alway good smell.Then,Add pieces of carrot and Tonkatsu souce.


5.At this point,Put 1/2 cup of water into frying pan and boiling it.


6.Wait for a while,Then Tonkatsu souce meat balls are ready to be serve...
