1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Egg (玉子) about 2 eggs ~ 6 Baht
- Soy milk (豆乳) 1 cup ~ 5 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[salt(塩))] ~ 1 Baht
2. Pour soy milk into bowl and add little pinch of salt.
3. Add eggs and stir them well.
4. Pour the liquid into container and steam it with low heat for about 10-20 minutes.
5. If it turned to solid state then it was done.
6. Keep it in refrigerator. It's good for all the soup. Such as Miso Soup !!
