1. Gathering all ingredients.As describe below.
- Cabbage (キャベツ) 1 small cabbage ~ 30 Baht
- Garlic (ニンニク) 5-6 cloves ~ 2 Baht
- Cooking oil (食用油 ) 1-2 table spoons ~ 2 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Pepper(胡椒),Fish Sauce(ナムプラー)] ~ 3 Baht
Total cost = 37 Baht
2. First warming up cooking oil on fry pan using maximum heat.
3. Then put cut cabbage and chopped garlic in the hot fry pan and stir fry them for a minute.
4. Put cabbage to the center of fry pan then spread fish sauce around the cabbage. The fish sauce must touch the hot pan and not directly the cabbage to make the aroma of burning fish sauce.
5. Spread some pepper then stir-fry them well for about 2-4 minutes then it was done.
