[Korean Food] Pork Stir-fried in Korean Sauce

 Ataya ~ "Hello there !! Today I will show you how to make the korean recipe 제육볶음(Jeyuk Bokkeum) Pork stir-fried in spicy korean sauce. Let'see ..."

1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.

  • Sliced Belly Pork (豚バラ肉 ) 100 gram ~ 50 Baht
  • Garlic  (ニンニク) 4-5 cloves  ~ 3 Baht
  • Onion (タマネギ) 1 onion ~ 2 Baht 
  • Eryngii Mushroom  (エリンギ) 5 gram ~ 5 Baht
  • Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(),Pepper(胡椒),Sugar(砂糖) , Soy sauce(醤油),Mirin(味醂),Vinegar(),Gochujang(コチュジャン), Sesame oil(ごま油)] ~  10 Baht

Total cost = 70 Baht

 

2. Cut everything in pieces

 

3. Warming up fry pan. Add cooking oil and stir-frying garlics.


4. Then add sliced belly pork.
 

5. Add Eryngii Mushroom. Keep stir-fry for a while.

6. Add onion and all seasoning. Mixing well.

7. Here we are !! Pork stir-fried in Korean sauce. Eating with rice and Kimchi !! Enjoy !!
