1. Gathering all ingredients. As describe below.
- Onion (タマネギ) 1 big onion ~10 Baht
- Rice Bran Oil (米ぬか油) 2-3 table spoons ~ 3 Baht
- Milk (牛乳) about 100 ml ~ 10 Baht
- Ginger Powder(ジンジャー・パウダー) 1 teaspoon ~ 1 Baht
- Seasoning(調味料)[Salt(塩),pepper(胡椒)] ~ 2 Baht
Total cost = 26 Baht
2. First, peel and cut the onion into little pieces.
3. Next fry onion with rice bran oil using low or medium heat.
4. Keep stir them until it was turned brown colour.
5. Add water and ginger powder. Keep boiling it.
6. When onion was soft then pour milk in. Add salt and pepper. Just boiling for a while and then turn of the heat.
